Some Arizona children suffer needlessly from oral pain because they do not qualify for AHCCCS or their parents can’t afford dental coverage. In some cases, their dental needs may be so severe that they require sedation for treatment, further compounding the cost of dental care. You can help a child smile pain freethis holiday season by donating the cost of one-hour of sedation services and four dental procedures – a total of $1,500. Simply select your favorite angel and complete your credit card information below. Or mail your check payable to the Arizona Dental Foundation to 3193 N Drinkwater, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Be sure to include the angel’s name in the memo field. These children are referred from St. Joseph’s Mercy Care Dental Clinic and Scottsdale Healthcare’s NOAH program.
