The mission of the Arizona Dental Foundation (ADF) is to keep Arizona smiling by connecting and mobilizing people and resources to provide education and statewide charitable dentistry to children, seniors, and individuals with a special need. Since 1985, the Arizona Dental Foundation has assisted Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) members in meeting their educational and career objectives. Among our most significant projects:
- Providing almost $500,000 of donated dental care annually to underserved Arizonans.
- Developing, funding and maintaining the dental hygiene facility at Rio Salado Community College.
- Offering professional development through continuing education programs designed to meet state board licensure requirements.
- Training over 100 dentists statewide to meet the unique dental challenges of individuals with a special need.
- Creating a comprehensive dental library replete with textbooks, videos and models.
